"I love the fitfull gusts" and great poets can't always spell.

Leaving my cosy nook I went out to explore the treasures of Autumn and discovered inspiration.
Haw berry tea coming right up.

I love the fitfull gusts that shakes
  The casement all the day,
And from the glossy elm tree takes
  The faded leaves away,
Twirling them by the window pane
With thousand others down the lane. John Clare.

Rose hip jam anyone?

Changing light

Autumn is truly upon us with most trees changing colours. Lots of treasures to be found in the woods right now, so if you have a chance - choose to wander.

Last of the Summer sky

Reflections of the sky in the hydrangea blooms as we look forward to rain for the next week. It's like a blessing on the land where the bushfires came; a gentle blush of green is showing through.
